26-year old Jordan Palmer will be his brother’s backup in 2010 after the Bengals released J.T. O’Sullivan.  Palmer played in all 4 pre-season games for the Bengals in which he completed 29 of 52 passes (55.8%) for 345 yards with 3 TD passes and 3 INTs (71.4 QB Rating).  He also carried the ball 6 times for 22 yards (3.7 ypc) in the pre-season.  Palmer has only played in 3 games during the regular season for the Bengals in which he has completed 7 of 12 passes (58.3%) for 41 yards with 0 TD passes and 2 INTs (25.3 QB Rating).  He has also carried the ball 1 time for 4 yards when it counts.  The Bengals better hope Carson Palmer stays healthy in 2010.
