The Bengals got pushed around in a rain storm by the Steelers on National T.V. last night.  Carson Palmer was a little bit off all night long as he completed 17 of 44 passes for 183 yards.  Rudi Johnson couldn’t find much running room against the Steelers as he carried the football 14 times for 34 yards (2.4 ypc) with 1 TD run.  Kenny Watson pitched in with 5 carries for 23 yards (4.6 ypc).  Chad Johnson (6 rec, 86 yards) and T.J. Houshmandzadeh (5 rec, 42 yards) led the Bengals in receiving.  The Bengals rushed for 74 yards on 23 carries (3.2 ypc) and they also completed 17 of 44 passes for 175 yards.

The Bengals defense didn’t play that bad last night.  Leon Hall led the way with 10 tackles for the Bengals and Jonathan Joseph pitched in with 7 tackles and a interception.  The Steelers finished up with 101 yards rushing on 35 carries (2.9 ypc) and they also completed 21 of 32 passes for 184 yards.
