The Bengals defense just couldn’t get off of the field as the Bills hogged the ball for a stunning 35:42 of this game.  Carson Palmer played pretty well as he completed 26 of 39 passes for 271 yards with 2 TD passes and 1 interception.  Rudi Johnson returned to the field but he wasn’t productive as he carried the ball 9 times for 11 yards (1.2 ypc).  Kenny Watson only carried the ball 4 times for 11 yards (2.8 ypc) but he caught 7 passes for 90 yards (12.9 avg).  Chad Johnson (3 rec, 48 yards) and T.J. Houshmandzadeh (4 rec, 45 yards, TD) both had off games for the Bengals.  The Bengals finished up with 28 yards rushing on 17 carries (1.6 ypc) and they also completed 26 of 39 passes for 271 yards.

Linebacker Landon Johnson (9 tackles) and CB Leon Hall (5 tackles, interception) both made some plays but the defense was really awful overall.  The Bills finished up with 176 yards rushing on 35 carries (5.0 ypc) and they also completed 25 of 35 passes for 303 yards.

Reserve WR Glenn Holt returned 5 kickoffs for 176 yards (35.2 avg) including a 100-yard return for a TD.
