Reggie Kelly re-signed with the Bengals after testing the free agent waters.  He played in all 16 games last season and he caught 21 passes for 254 yards (12.1 avg) with 1 TD catch.  He probably won’t catch many more passes than that as the Bengals prefer to throw the ball down the field.  Kelly is a good run blocker though and that’s why he got the big money.
