Bengals vs. Patriots
The Patriots really need a win bad as they haven’t looked good all season. The Bengals look to continue rolling.
Look for the Patriots to come out running the football against the Bengals. Corey Dillon (169 yards) and Laurence Maroney (169 yards) will attack the soft middle of the Bengals defense (113.3 yards allowed rushing per game). If the Patriots establish the running game, look for Brady to take a couple of shots deep. Brady will also try to spread the ball around and find a mis-match he can exploit.
The Bengals will attempt to pound Rudi Johnson (288 yards rushing) at the interior of the Patriots defense. Carson Palmer will then run play-action and try to go deep to his wide array of great WRs.
This game will be a changing of the guard in the AFC, as the Bengals are gonna drop the hammer on the Patriots!

yup your correct this game HAS showed the bengals really need to progress to the next level. I hope you saw the team that has a chip on their backs prove they are still the team to beat even with all the player losses this past off-season. Look out the patriots are back!!!!!
I have to agree after watching this game. When the Patriots can’t run (like against the Broncos) they will have trouble because Brady doesn’t have many receivers to throw to.
Great call. Not only was in NOT a changing of the guard, but it was an arse-whoopin followed by unsportsmanlike comments by Houshemanwhatshisname and Palmer—the latter of whom uncharacteristically whined, “That’s a team we should have beat.” Uhh…Carson? Why exactly should you have beat them. SHOULD? They’ve won 3 Super Bowls and made the playoffs 4 of 5 years. You and your team has won—-what, exactly? Lost me.
Maybe all the punks that the Bengals have been drafting are rubbing off on the few good guys on the roster. I can’t argue with any of your comments about the Patriots.
